including thorough dusting & cleaning of all furniture, vacuuming & mopping (we do move furniture around)

  • Dusting of walls, fans, light fixtures, and blinds.

  • Cleaning of windows and sills.

  • BATHROOMS: Cleaning of toilets, stalls, sinks, counters, vanities, and other surfaces.

  • KITCHEN: Cleaning of counters, sinks, cabinet doors, stovetop, microwave, appliances, ovens, dining tables and chairs, and other surfaces.

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Light switches, doors, door knobs, baseboards, and walls.

Sanitizing and Odor Eliminating Services

Our Sanitizing and Odor Eliminating Services use breakthrough technology. Policies & fees

  • Estimates are done in person. Quotes are not provided over the phone.

  • All products and tools are supplied. We do use clients' vacuums for carpeted areas.

  • Dirty Dishes: $20

  • Automated appointment reminders will be sent at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Credit cards are required to be on file. Your credit card will not be charged unless we are authorized to do so.

  • Your service fee will be charged to the card on file if you fail to make your payment.

  • Existing Customers: Less than 48 hour cancellation notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Returned Check Fee: $35

NEW CUSTOMERS: Non-refundable deposits are required to book an appointment. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit.

NEW CUSTOMER DEPOSITS: $150-$300 at our discretion

NOTE: Fay's Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

Billing

PAYMENTS

  • For payments made by cash or check, kindly place them in an envelope addressed to Fay's Cleaning Services at the time of your scheduled service.

  • A late charge of $20 will be applied for every two-day period of tardiness.

  • We offer various payment options including cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards (with a 3% fee). Please note that checks are accepted at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS and DEPOSITS

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee (existing customers only).
