ONE-TIME COMMERCIAL CLEANING
A one-time commercial clean is ideal for businesses that need a detailed refresh without ongoing service. This service is commonly requested for offices, retail spaces, medical facilities, and commercial properties preparing for inspections, move-ins, events, or seasonal resets.

A commercial deep clean is designed for businesses that require a higher level of detail, sanitation, and buildup removal. This service goes beyond routine maintenance and focuses on restoring cleanliness throughout the space.

Policies & fees

Estimates are done in person. Quotes are not provided over the phone.

All products and tools are supplied. We do use clients' vacuums for carpeted areas.

Dirty Dishes: $20

DISCLOSURE: Please note that Fay's Cleaning Services does not remove or reinstall window screens as part of our cleaning services. If you would like your windows cleaned, please ensure that all window screens are removed prior to our arrival. We recommend having them handled by a professional window technician if needed.

Automated appointment reminders will be sent 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Credit cards are required to be on file. Your credit card will not be charged unless we are authorized to do so.

Your service fee will be charged to the card on file if you fail to make your payment.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Returned Check Fee: $35
NEW CUSTOMERS: Non-refundable deposits are required to book an appointment. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit.
NEW CUSTOMER DEPOSITS: $150-$300 at our discretion
NOTE: Fay's Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

Billing
PAYMENTS

For payments made by cash or check, kindly place them in an envelope addressed to Fay's Cleaning Services at the time of your scheduled service.

A late charge of $20 will be applied for every two-day period of tardiness.

We offer various payment options including cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards (with fee). Please note that checks are accepted at our discretion.

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file when becoming a client. Your card will only be charged when you authorize payment for services. This policy helps us streamline billing and scheduling while ensuring a smooth, secure experience for all of our clients.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least two business days' notice. Cancellations made with less than two business days' notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee (for existing customers only). Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
COMMERCIAL CLEANING DEPOSITS
For all commercial cleaning services, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your service date.
Commercial services are typically billed hourly or based on the scope of work. The required deposit reserves your scheduled time, allows us to properly staff your project, and covers preparation and administrative costs.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise outlined in a written service agreement.
For large-scale projects, recurring commercial contracts, or specialty services, a higher deposit may be required at our discretion.
