  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Existing Residential customers: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled service, there will be a $35 cancellation fee. Existing Commercial customers: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled service, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. NEW Customers: Non-refundable deposits are required to book appointments for new customers. If you cancel, you will not receive your deposit back.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    We need a vacuum for carpeted areas. If you have specific requests for products, you may need to provide them. We provide everything else.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Of course!! Fire your cleaning service if they are not cleaning them!
  • Should we stay home or leave while you are cleaning?
    This is a question that gets asked all the time. It's easier when no one is home. It prevents disruption and we work more efficiently. If you must be home, we kindly ask if you can stay in a different room.
  • Do you do same day appointments?
    We are by appointment only and in person estimates are required prior to your appointment.
  • How many people will be working on my home?
    Our fabulous teams consist of four people!
  • Do you do laundry?
    Not at the moment.
