Weekly/Biweekly & Tri-weekly cleaning includes:

  • Dusting of walls, fans, light fixtures, and blinds

  • Cleaning of windows, sills, and railings

  • Vacuuming of sofas, chairs, and cushions

  • BATHROOMS: Cleaning of toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, shower doors, vanities, and cabinet doors

  • KITCHENS: Cleaning of counters, sinks, cabinet doors, stovetop, microwave, appliances, tables, chairs, and other surfaces

  • ROTATING TASKS: Oven, above the fridge, baseboards, and light fixtures

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Light switches, doors, door knobs, and walls

A one time clean is ideal for the customer that does not want consistent cleaning services.

  • Vacuuming and mopping (we do move furniture)

Policies & fees

  • Estimates are done in person. Quotes are not provided over the phone.

  • All products and tools are supplied. We do use clients' vacuums for carpeted areas.

  • Dirty Dishes: $15

  • Automated appointment reminders will be sent at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Existing Customers: Less than 48 hour cancellation notice will result in a $35 cancellation fee.

  • Returned Check Fee: $35

  • NEW CUSTOMERS: Non-refundable deposits are required to book an appointment. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit.

  • NEW CUSTOMER DEPOSITS:

  • Routine Visit: $150

  • Deep Clean & Move-In/Move-Out Services $300

  • One Time Clean $200

NOTE: Fay's Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

Billing

PAYMENTS

  • For payments made by cash or check, kindly place them in an envelope addressed to Fay's Cleaning Services at the time of your scheduled service.

  • A late charge of $20 will be applied for every two-day period of tardiness.

  • We offer various payment options including cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards (with a 3% fee). Please note that checks are accepted at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS and DEPOSITS

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a $35 cancellation fee (existing customers only).

  • Deep Cleans & Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: $300

  • One Time Clean: $200
